Reflection

After a four years of being highschool student its a memorable day for me the day i am finally graduated. After a long journey of hardships, struggles and sleepless nights just to make a project or whatever take home things and modules, atlast i am here as a graduate student.

Four years of happy and sad , funny and cry , nervous and boring days of being a higshchool student it would be a memorable part in the calendar of my life to walk in front of my batch mates and proud parents, to take a bow and then finally congratulate as a graduate. In this opportunity i want to thank, To my teachers who did their duty for us to gained knowledge thanks because of you we have a courage to face the new chapter of our lives which these knowledge is our essential thing we would use in our everyday life ahead and thanks for the experiences and memories i will treasure for the rest of my life.

There is a saying “end was just a beginning”, this end of highschool years may we always remember we’re just entering or commencing in the next chapter of our lives for more and hard obstacles. Just always remember, “hundred steps to success takes one steps forward”. Do not rush in life for god will we can make it through . 

Change Begin With Ourselves .

As i grow old i would say i had a lot of changes such as to be a more matured person and even responsible person, perhaps. But in the will of god what we can’t refused to encounter is to have a mistakes.

As we grow old we encountered a lot of experiences such as the mistakes that we may go through and maybe it may cause for us to remind, “maybe its time to change, because change begin with ourselves”. In the years i had been walking through i would say i also change such as from the past were i am just a little child from matured person. 

Let us always remember there is only one “change” we could chose onto, to change from bad to good. Let us always remember the change begins with ourselves.

Kannawidan Festival

Kannawidan festival. This special occasion in every Ilocano seems strange on me because i am from a manila and im not used and don’t have yet any gatherings and occasion such as festive here in ilocos but this Kannawidan festival made me proud to be here in ilocos .

As a changed residence person its my first time to enter a kannawidan festival which is held every year in vigan, a i enter i saw a lot of products, ornaments and things which is produced by different cities that joined in only one place . here we could see different products that makes every provinces proud of their product because i would say it was very unique such as the basi of ilocos and their pots that made vigan a trademark this . in this said festival we could also learned and gained a lot of things such as what these provinces products that made them unique .

Kannawidan festival is a festive which the every one of us must be a part of it , so come on to Kannawidan festival .

New Year : New Me .

New year : new me . in the past year which is the year 2013 i would say i had  a lot of mistakes such as in my studies another is in my family , but what would i change ?

Those year seems like challenging to me such as to be a transferee and its not easy because moving to new place which is you’re not used to then it would be hard . i had a lot of mistakes such as in my study because transferring to a new school is hard for me, it came to the point i didn’t serious my study anymore. A lot of absences, lacked of requirements and almost failed grades. Another is in my family where it came to the point i don’t  want to listen on them anymore but as the year 2014 entered then i realized to be a more matured and responsible person of me to achieved my goals and dream. I also realized this were just a will of god. “in everything there is a reason”.

This year i will going to face my life with a faith, courage and more matured attitude : its a new year, so, its better to be a new me .

My Dream My Future : 10 Years From Now .

WHAT WILL I BECOME IN 10 YEARS

Whenever I am alone, what enters my mind is “who am I after 10 years?” “What am I after 10 years?” this is the questions until now I don’t know yet the answer. But there is something I wanted to be, to be a soldier, a great soldier someday.

Many have said I am just going to waste my life, because life is unsure with this vision of mine. My parents said “take an architecture instead”, I know my parents only want a good things for me, things I am not going to regret someday but what really my heart saying is “someday I want to be a honourable soldier”. Not with the reason that I can make the others as a follower just what am I going to learn what they call in military the “followership”, also not the reason I will have the power to dictate civilians, instead, to protect civilians. Seems funny for this vision of mine but this is what my heart says. Because I learned the elderly sayings “follow your heart”. They’ve just put me and convinced me in this, because following my heart, and then being a soldier someday what my heart says.

There are a lot of spoiled systems here in the country of ours, and me, also the indirect victim of this. People used their money as power, used their wealth in wrong deeds, and used their money to discriminate others and what the most painful is, THERE ARE SOME USED THEIR MONEY TO MANIPULATE AND CONTROL THE JUSTICE

How could this some of people do this to their countrymen? Because they have their “money-power”? With this painful fact in this country of ours, where there are unequal rights between poor and rich, violence and many more, this makes me realized and motivated for choosing soldiery.

After 10 years I am not just a simple civilian anymore, I am standing tall with a proud in my heart, indoctrinated with the words “protect civilians” also, “protect your country”, a warrior fighting with honour and a soldier with courage, integrity and loyalty.

Being soldier, life is unsure. But whatever may happened to me and if ever time would come that I can’t see my love ones, forever, then shall there are no regrets in my heart, instead, there is a smile in me and proudly saying “at least I am one of the people in this country who’s hoping for a change and good things for all of my countrymen. One’s a soldier who fights for a peace, mercy, justice and unity”.

There is a saying “soldiers don’t fight because they have their enemy in front of them but because they have their love one’s in back of them”

Again, let’s go back to my question, “who am I after 10 years?” “What am I after 10 years?” Now I know the answer.”SOLDIER, THIS IS WHAT AND WHO AM I TO BE SOMEDAY”.

REFLECTION

REFLECTION

It’s the end of another chapter , now we’re facing a new chapter for a new experiences , lessons and things we must learn in everyday.

This 3^rd chapter in the journey as a student as a great replenish knowing i had a strength and knowledge to go on into another chapter for a new lessons. I’am happy i got till this long with my friends, and teacher that will always teaching us the things we must learn for everyday life.

This chapter i knew there’s more things i will learn to be more productive in the future .. i hoped i can make this through till end .

I know this is not just in this point where i have to learn .. but also in everyday such as for the things a might encounter after this chapters as highschool but im not nervous because i know i have my knowledge learned from this subject for me to meet the things i will face in the future.

ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS

ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS

Whenever 25^th of December has come , what in our mind is giving and sharing things such as gifts and goods as well as. But what Christmas really is?

For me Christmas is not just to give and to be given a materialistic things such as gifts but this is the great time for us to share , give and offer others a what we call love – love for each other. This is also the time to forget and forgive. For others what in their mind is santa but what really it would be is God because he’s the reason why we’re here - here in earth and as well as the blessings we gained from him.

25^th of December is a very significant festivity in every Christians living but also remember let us not just remember God just in this season but in everyday of our lives , let us share what we have and also forgive and forget . again merry Christmas to all of us . spread love to each other !

CLIMATE CHANGE

Nowadays what we encountering is a what we call climate change. Where there is a too much floods, too much hot as well as too much cold of temperature and an unexpected disaster’s. And the victim is us.

We’re all busy in many things such as things and works in order to live.. but there is a things we already ruined, this is the practice and knowledge to protect our earth. In others this is just nothing because they are not yet victim of this but when they encountered and meet the anger of mother earth they would say “i should’ve help to keep mother earth clean”. Sometimes let us remind in ourselves let us not ruined our responsibility to make clean our mother earth , because this is where we lived and for us not to be victims of this climate change.

Let us remind in everyday , let us not just focused in ways for us to live but also let us remind to protect and have a care in our mother earth because with this we also lived in a long period .

EQUAL RIGHTS, EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES

Sometimes make some curious things and question , have a question that makes people agree with it. For me it’s the question “do you want equal rights as well as equal opportunities?” what all people will answer is “yes, definitely yes”

In this phenomena of ours there is a lot of barriers to make discrimination to be destroyed in the system of ours, some keep on making and building a segregation between poor and rich people. But the truth is seeing other as problem – the poor people and making a segregate gap from them makes us really a worst people as what we look at them. This way of ours , in the system of ours must be destroyed .. segregation we build must be destroyed. Let us provide the equal rights as well as equal opportunities to each other. Let us not be selfish to others. Even not giving a things or what ever that may help them just this equalities from our heart , This is much for them.

What in our Beloved God heart is “we’re all equal to him. There is no poor as well as rich”. We can prove to God we love him by simply respecting and love each others with truly in our hearts. Again – equal rights , equal opportunities .

ENGLISH LANGUAGE

ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Different colour , different beliefs , different country and different language . but beyond this barrier – languages that make some of us don’t understand others there is an universal language where the all of us know . it’s the English language .

In this world what makes as unique is our every language. All of us had a language where we can communicate to others, where we can speak out what in our mind is. speak out what in our heart is.  but sometimes there is a point we encountered people who don’t what our/my language so what we used is the English. It’s so helpful to communicate even to others who don’t understand what our every own language by using this English language .

In this time of ours let us treasure the English language , because even others don’t understand what is this for but in reality it’s a such good and better way to understand others for what they want that keep us united to each other and also understand each other .
